Implant Reconstruction
Mastectomy (excision of all breast tissue) is performed to remove breast cancer. Reconstruction of the breast is done using implants or skin and fat from the tummy. Many factors: size, body shape, previous radiation, one or both sides procedure influence which method is chosen.
